Found in the northern region of Malta, Pembroke is considered to be the country’s newest town. It is found to the east of Paceville , which is the nightlife district in Malta.  The town of Pembroke got its name after the 12th Earl of Pembroke and British Secretary of War in 1859.  Pembroke was declared a parish in 2004, and the Parish Church is dedicated to the Resurrection of Christ.  No village feast is celebrated, contrary to the rest of Malta.  Pembroke is a residential area, with many young families have set up home there.

St. Michael School

This school was established in 1988 and it educates children from Kindergarten level up to Secondary Level, this means from the age of 3 until the age of 16. St.Michael School prepares the students for their o-level examinations as well as the British based examinations. They aim to provide a quality education with a process of qualifications and providing a process of life-long education.

St Catherine’s High School (Pre-Junior School / Flutterby Child Care)

Founded in 1909, this school is a private independent educational institute that is located in Pembroke. It is open to the local and foreign students, either boys or girls which range from two years old to sixteen year olds, this means that thy offer from Kindergarten level up to standard required for the Secondary Education Certificate (SEC).
