Located next to Attard, Balzan is part of the Three Villages consisting of Attard, Lija and Balzan. Balzan is a typical Maltese village, with various historical buildings, with beautiful architecture. A prominent building is found in Three Churches street, which was the residence of Vincenzo Bosio, an officer of the Knights of St. John. St Aloysius` College Juniors (ex Stella Maris)
St Aloysius` College Juniors is a Church school. The Primary School is for boys only and was previously known as Stella Maris School. Students are admitted to the Primary School in Kindergarten 2 or Year 1 through the ballot system and will proceed automatically to Secondary School after Year 6. The College’s aim is the formation of Christian “men and women for others”. Together with parents, St Aloysius` College strives to educate their students in the service of the Faith.
